Though not about the practice of law, this is my favorite legal cartoon.
It shows the deft, surgical, understated approach to litigation I have witnessed countless time in my career.
You know the type: "Were you lying then or are you lying now?" "Judge, I think the court must award costs and attorney fees in this matter." "I know the court has ruled, but....but.....but" "I don't normally bring motions for more specific answers to a fifth set of interrogatories, but I am compelled in this case to....." "Let the record reflect that opposing counsel is rolling his eyes."
